Scientific Report Wins Award of Excellence
Grand Rapids, MI (August 4, 2008) – The West Michigan Shores chapter of the Society for Technical Communication has awarded Van Andel Institute (VAI) an Award of Excellence for its 2007 Van Andel Research Institute Scientific Report. The award was presented to VAI Scientific Editor David Nadziejka and designer Brad Hineline.
The report was entered in the 2007-2008 Technical Publications Competition. Technical Publications entries were rated on four factors: writing, graphics, copyediting, and overall integration. The Society for Technical Communication recognizes and encourages excellence in online communication, technical art, and technical publications.
